All US orders are currently going through express as USPS is experiencing severe delays on standard delivery to the US. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

We deliver to most countries around the world. All the delivery times are estimates and related to working days.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Depending on the country and service you have chosen, we use different carriers to deliver your order.

• If you have chosen an Express Delivery, your order will be delivered by DHL Air Express; except for Russia, where we use Chronopost.
• We use La Poste, Chronopost, DHL Road and Spring Post for Standard Delivery. However, some orders are handed to your local postal services for the final delivery.

Most local carriers deliver orders between 9am to 5pm local time, Monday to Friday.

We reserve the right to change the carriers and services we use at any time.

Tracking your order

After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from the BY TERRY Customer Service team. We dispatch most of our orders the next working day; however, during busy times, it may take up to 3 days.

Within 3 days from placing your order you will receive an email called Your Order has been shipped!, which provides a link and a carrier tracking number, so that you can track your order.

Haute Couleur Collection

When ordering a custom palette from our Haute Couleur Collection such as a Palette Factory product, please allow 2-4 extra working days for your order to be fulfilled.
